To minimize problems we have used Flash Player Version 5 for almost all animation. This is an older version of Flash and should already be on your browser. Unless you have recently reinstalled older browser programs.
The Sweet Water Film page uses Flash Player Version 8 - this is slightly less common but was the best way to stream a video straight into the web page so that viewers can see it and hear it without download breakup problems.
All documentation is viewable in Adobe PDF format to provide the best quality and because it is a generic format that is widely accepted for documentation, for example in the Artist Bio page.
